KSDS, Inc. Assistance Dogs is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization promoting independence and inclusion of individuals who are visually impaired or physically disabled by providing highly-trained canine assistance and support. We also provide social dogs for professionals who could use some canine assistance in their specialty.
We are proud to be fully-accredited by Assistance Dogs International. You can find out more about our Guide dog, Service dog, or Social dog programs on this site. Or you can learn about proper etiquette when meeting an assistance dog. In addition, we also have many useful resources for teachers or students who want to learn more about these amazing canines.
It is the staff's desire to empower individuals with disabilities. Through their love for dogs they accomplish this objective. However, we cannot continue to succeed without the gracious support of volunteers, puppy raisers, and formal sponsors. Your support is key to our success. Thank you!
Please take time to enjoy stories about graduates' successes, learn more about our Puppy Raiser program and view a few adorable pictures of our most recent puppies who have graced us with their presence in our Canine Housing Unit.
