New Litters

On October 18, 2018, Thimble and PADS Zegen had a litter of seven Labrador retriever puppies.  Four females and three males.  The public voted the litter theme to be Nuts!  Meet Acorn, Peanut, Almond, Walnut, Pistachio, Cashew and Hazelnut.


 

On September 30, 2018, DynaMax had a litter of eight Golden retriever puppies, five females and three males. We did a Name Game so you could vote for your favorite theme to name these adorable pups and you chose Star Trek!  Meet Troi, Tasha, Tribble, Quantum, Captian, Q, Crusher and Phaser.


On September 28, 2018, Duchess and Bilger had a litter of two Golden retriever puppies.  KSDS kept the male, October (Tober) and his sister was sent to Paws With A Cause in Michigan.  Tober was named by a couple who had $1,000 donated in honor of a Facility dog who passed away.

Adelaide and Tank had a black Labrador retriever female on June 15th, 2018.  It was a close race in the Name Game, but you guys voted to name her Kiah!


On June 6, 2018, Lassie and Canine Partners of the Rockies, Tanner, had a litter of Labrador retriever puppies.  KSDS was not in need of puppies, so we kept one and donated the rest of the litter to other assistance dog schools participating in the American Breeding Cooperative.  Meet Frosty, a black Labrador retriever who was named by an individual who donated $1,000 to KSDS.

Born May 26, 2018, Harley, a yellow lab, came to KSDS from Eyes, Ears, Nose and Paws in Carrboro, North Carolina.


 

Roo and Candu had a litter of six Golden retriever puppies on May 22, 2018.  The litter consists of three males and three females.  You voted for their litter theme to be Mountain Peaks/Ranges.  Meet Huxley, Everest, Pikes Peak, McKinley, Denali and Shasta.


Zeke is a Labrador/Golden retriever mix.  He was born September 22, 2017.  He came to us from Joys of Living Assistance Dogs in Oregon through the American Breeding Cooperative.


 

Meet Parker, he is a male Golden retriever born on September 16, 2017.  Parker came to us all the way from Susquehanna Service Dogs in Pennsylvania.  He is part of the American Breeding Cooperative.


 

Lenox and Bill, from Southeastern Guide Dogs, had a litter of 10 Labrador retrievers August 21, 2017.  This litter was voted by the public to be the Military Alphabet litter.  Meet Alpha, Bravo, Echo, Zulu, Papa, Victor, X-ray, Foxtrot, Lima and Kilo.

Lenox is part of the North American Breeding Cooperative, so KSDS will keep half of the litter for our own training program and the other half will go to other assistance dog schools who are enrolled in the North American Breeding Cooperative.  These schools are located throughout North America.


 

On July 7, 2017 Kora and Noah, from Southeastern Guide Dogs, had eight Labrador retrievers.  This is Kora’s second litter for KSDS.  The litter was voted to be the Solar Eclipse theme.  Meet Auggie, Eclipse, Lunar, Shadow, Solar, Starry, Sunny and Twilight!

Kora is part of the North American Breeding Cooperative, so KSDS will keep half of the litter for our own training program and the other half will go to other assistance dogs schools who are enrolled in the North American Breeding Cooperative.  These schools are located throughout North America.


Suri and ICAN Luke had a litter of six yellow Labrador retriever puppies on June 19, 2017.  You voted to name them after Classic literature charaters.  Meet Sawyer, Gatsby, Sherlock, Darcy and Rhett.


On June 16, 2017 Guess and Noah, from Southeastern Guide Dogs, had a litter of 10 Labrador retrievers.  The winning theme for this litter was Friends University.  Let us introduce Adair, Casado, Davis, Edmund, Freddy, Garvey, Riney, Penn, Pennington and Pep.

On June 2, 2017 Bailey and Scout blessed us with six yellow and black Labrador retriever puppies.  This is Bailey’s second litter for KSDS and Scout’s first.

The public voted for their favorite litter theme and Route 66 won!  Introducing future assistance pups, Winslow, Tulsa, Tucumcari, Baxter Springs, Pasadena and Joplin.


Adelaide blessed us with seven black Labrador retriever puppies June 1, 2017.  Her litter consists of four females and three males.  This litter was voted as the Sports Brand theme.  The pups names are Spalding, Nautica, Oakley, Nike, Mizuno, Champion and Adidas.

Lassie had her first litter of pups for us on May 31st.  There are 11 Labrador retriever puppies in this litter of future assistance dogs.  There are two females and nine males.  This litter was voted to be the Golf theme.  Meet Divot, Caddy, Fringe, Waggle, Par, Duffer, Scramble, Driver, Whiff, Mulligan and Bogey.

Siena and Striker had a litter of eleven yellow and black Labrador retriever puppies April 20, 2017.  Meet Link, Mario, Bowser, Sonic, Kirby, Ganon, Yoshi, Luigi, Zelda, Koopa and Donkey Kong.


Staten and Southeastern Guide Dogs Noah had a litter of eight Labrador retriever puppies on April 18th, 2017.  You voted to name them the Chip litter-Dorito, Pretzel, Pringles, Cheeto, Frito, Tostito, Gardetto and Ruffles.


Duchess and Norm, from Paws With A Cause, had a litter of six Golden retriever puppies on April 16, 2017.  This fluffy litter consists of three males and three females.  The public voted to name them after vintage cartoon characters.  Meet Betty Boop, PePe LePew, Felix, Popeye, Petunia and FiFi.
